​​I'm Anita the anteater. I came to the zoo with flu. They nursed me and made me well again and soon found they could walk with me. The keepers took me to meet all the animals. I was a bit worried at first. Some were quite big and fierce looking. They were also itchy and grumpy because they had ants everywhere - loads of them. Being an anteater, I couldn't believe it!! I visited them all and cleared up their ants.

They had to keep Brian the lion in his bedroom to be safe but he is a sweetie and one of my best friends.
