​I'm Mr Oliphant. I am an Indian elephant and the biggest animal in the zoo. I don't really have a first name but became Mr Oliphant when I met Mrs Oliphant. She's also an Indian elephant and the sweetest one ever and we've been married ever since.
We give rides to our visitors with a howdah, which is a special carrier for people to sit in. We spend our days walking around and get to see all the other animals. We also help with moving and carrying and mending high up things like tall fences and street lights.
Sometimes we are taken on walking holidays into the mountains around Kathmandu by Mrs Carew with Archibald and Theobald-Eagle and they are fantastic.
